well it only matters if you are daytrading for 5-10 cent swings on something like the qqq. other than that it isnt very useful, especially to someone like me who trades funds at the eod. ideally you would find a means of anticipating an oncoming program and buy ahead of it then sell into the tail end a few minutes later.
