10-Q is finally out. It has virtually no updates. It merely states that the Defi deal has not yet been finalized. It reiterates what the 8-k told us about the other two merger deals, with the slight change that the Funfinder LOI is due to close on August 30th.

I would say that we should only have a week or so until we get some news on the additional mergers, but this company seems oblivious to deadlines, so news could come at any time.
