I think another huge plus with more realistic though still very positive expectations is maybe the board will become a more positive place as I think some of the recent beating up in the stock has been the negative talk constantly on this board. Murph seems to be a person that folks can start to rebuild the trust in. The building of a sales force by Murph was a great plan. 35 plus and counting.
