No one is questioning whether or not the a/s was increased, it was. The assumptions come into play when you say without a "doubt" that the company is using those shares to dump into the market. That is assuming, you have no fact to back that up and I'll ask you once again to paraphrase the 10q in April showing lower o/s. Please put that fact and your "theory" side by side and start to see where they might contradict themselves. You scream dilution and the filings submitted to the SEC say reduction of the o/s. Lemme guess the filings are cooked and the company is outright lying?
