Look, I want this to do well but attempting to twist information is destroying credibility. It says plainly that Zeng compensated PSC with 3M shares free trading by a third party. The shares did not "come from a third party" as you attempt to distort. As is plainly indicated on the disclaimer, the shares were compensated to PSC by ZENG.
