I don't think Zenergy qualifies as that "Third Party" who paid PSC 3 million shares to say nice things about Zenergy. That third party just may have had a lot more shares and then took advantage of all that MOMO to dump his other shares into. YOU THINK??

Do you see any disclaimer that says Zenergy paid for a promotion? Produce it and then we can discuss if it is IR or PUMP for Dump.
