ASWD had about 33 million OS. I am unaware of preferred shares but haven't really looked it up either. So assuming no preferred shares PTRZ should have at least 50% to have control. So say they have minimum of 17 Million that is still a lot out there to sell but perhaps they own much more?
I would see no reason to support the price. Let it crater on the heavy volume and than bid it up after the fact. Too expensive to support it on that type of volume.
Only way that happens is if they really have something real and there are bigger players who will scoop up any bargains. I can't see that happening with the potential huge float of PT kansas once their is a merger.
On the hugely skeptical side perhaps they also want to sell PTRZ Delaware shares and needed this resolved?
This upcoming week will tell us a lot about what is happening here. Perhaps they will PR blitz? I will be selling more Monday for sure.
