Petro America Corp. (fka PTRZ)

It is highly unusual for this process to take this long. I remain quite skeptical of PTRZ press releases but I give them credit for finally coming through with the share exchange.

I think Monday we will see very large volume and a significantly lower price.

Perhaps PTRZ will make it and be the wonderful company they claim to be. I certainly would be happy for you Petro Kansas investors.

Remember though there are a lot of you that invested $100 for 100,000 shares. when I spoke recently to Owen Hawkins he told me the outstanding shares are well north of a billion so in the end that is a lot off shares for whatever assets they have.

I also am not sure if the Petro Kansas shares will be restricted or not?

So I see a lot of red flags remaining that may prevent this from being the multi 2 billion plus dollar company many of you expect, but this has been very profitable from me as I shorted PTRZ when it began trading from as high as $1.00 down to $0.60 so I don't need to worry about the possible share price cratering on Monday.
