I own 10% gold (bullion), 50% US 5 yr notes (laddered so that each year 20% rolls over), 5% short SnP, and the rest is in MoneyMarket TBILL government cash. I recently sold my commercial real estate property. I own two homes in CA. One in the city, one in the mountains. That’s it for me. I’m thinking of selling my houses in CA and moving to Montana for the summer life, and Arizona for the winter. I want to move away from the terror risk.
