Gfp - I'm surprised that if there is an entity with millions of shares to sell, and someone interested in acquiring millions of shares, why do they do it through the marketplace?

There's got to a more efficient way to do it - more cheaply and perhaps transparently.

So maybe there's a reason it's being done this way.

I'd love to understand what's going on with the shares moving around.
