You've been arguing that position since you started posting on this thread for at least the last two generations of the BOD and Company officers. Anyone with a modicum of investment acumen can see where your wait and see argument has gotten the Company and the obvious flaws in your stance. I guess it is possible, this next third generation is the charm, but methinks it is way over due for share holders have a say and a Delaware Court agrees.
PS: I do believe you presented that same argument (over and over again) to dhwco when he was pressing for a share holders meeting to vote on the BOD.
