I agree that there needs to be a shareholders meeting. I expect there will be.

The prior board, purposefully, created a situation that made holding a shareholders meeting impossible. I'm not going to throw rocks at the new team because they are constrained by the same limits that prior board created for purpose.

The new guys seem to be moving things the right way... and I'm far more interested in continuing to see that things are moving, and moving the right way, than I am in asking why we aren't there yet...
