I agree wholeheartedly. i think that we should be able to move somewhere (other than down) with 15mil remaining. HOWEVER, the sellers have those shares to drop off on our heads whenever they deem it necessary. still, it remains a cloud. i wish someone could just put a 15mil bid up and they'd smack it and we'd be over with it, but that's just not how's it's gonna work. unfortunately.

nonetheless, i focus on the silver lining. and i'm looking for earnings tomorrow after close, as per their usual routine. i'm hoping for a profit. i'm planning on a break-even or .01 loss. but rev's should be way up from last year's Q2 as should SG&A, and the huge one time charges from Q2'08 won't be present either. what i'd really like to see is an increase in revs from Q1'09 and a slight decrease in SG&A from Q1'09. the increase in revs will be an indication of growth and of DeepWater getting rolling again. and i'd like to see a slight decrease in SG&A QoQ because i want Butler to hold to his word.
