Wishful thinking on my part, too, but I'm quite sure that most of this buying (particularly yesterday's) is coming from outside iHub which is always a good thing for future prospects longer than a day or two or three. The buying says to me that someone in the know thinks there will be profits which means that there will be a dividend because REITs are required to divi profits to shareholders.
All of that said, who's the jokester who traded 123 shares @ .084 at 13:01:15? LOL.
