I have read some of the passed releases and Ms Jarazewski has been a board member for almost a year now. I don't think he had to make a call to get her to to become the CEO. But you really have one heck of an imagination.She is a sharehoder of this company as I would think she would like to see this company do well and have all the shareholders make money.Since Mirace Application took over the public Co. They have done nothing to hurt shareholders as I can see. They have not diluted the stock as formally Gobal Triad had done.They have not touted the stock nor tried to promote the stock to mislead any investors. I am surprised that shareholders are bashing this company, when they should be a little more suportive and maybe give a bit of constructive criticism .Mr Galpern is not involved corporately and this seems to be the main topic of discussion. OTC Guru why are you allowing this to go on? This site is for informational purposes to give shareholders information on this company.
