The only obsticle I can think of is what happened in BLK1. Cheveron put a tight hole designation on the hole and the JV partners have not been able to put anything out that is truthful. Sinopec could do exactly the same thing and nothing we can do about it. They could say that they hit "at least 150 ft of net pay" but do not know if it is commercially viable. Then the press gets it turned around to say it is not commercially viable as it only found 150 ft of net pay (they leave out the "at LEAST part! Semantics can play a big part here. Lets all hope and pray Sinopec does not repeat Chevrons actions.
