Hopefully the drilling information will
include results of the drilling operation...that is key to our sp. It doesn't take a great deal of effort to lodge a lawsuit. I have never been a subject or proactive in a law suit in my life and career. However, if these drilling results are not revealed to the ERHC stockholders I would, for one, be very proactive in starting an inquisition into why results are not reported to us in a TIMELY FASHION. To me, it is heresy to have the administration of the corporation withold information so vital to the value of our stock. We invest, they drill FOR US, then report to US the results. I don't care what is signed by our company and another corporation, I am an American citizen and expect the laws of the SEC to be upheld to assure us our rights under the United States as stockholders.

This is one of those damned if you do or damned if you don't situations. They know the law and we know the law of the SEC and they must make that information known. ERHC, as an American Corporation, should not signed any agreement that would keep secret material events as mandated by the SEC.I think they follow this board very closely and some statements made regarding investments by ERHC was brought up in the CC...I may be wrong. But it was part of the discussion yesterday.

Maybe they will disclose this information. Maybe they wouldn't have but maybe they will now. ERHC has kept us IN THE DARK for the most part...what actions have been taken to invest in other opportunities. If they announce they are going to do that we as stockholders should be apprised of their decisions. Until very recently, what have we been advised and WHY wasn't this latest drilling information made PUBLIC and not just on our ERHC board. We deserve the right to ask these questions do to the lack of communications with stockholders in the past. JMHO
