Goss is not intelligent enough to head the Intelligence directorate. He is also a politician not a seasoned intelligence operations guy.

Bush never wanted to catch Bin Laden. According to Tommy Franks he pulled the troops out of Afghanistan before they had a firm handle on the Taliban and Bin Laden. Now Bush never speaks of Bin Laden.

This administration is all bull shit!
