they may be, but even if they arent, you will only suffer minimal pain on your shorts in terms of time and ndx points as my topping pattern would be complete in less than a week from now. there also may not be a closing high above your entry so it may not ever go red on you. (im jealous bro)

i have the spx at or just below its uptrendline. dow is below.

i havent looked things over to see what im likely to do at teh close, but my wag is taht i will be closing some shorts and adding some longs to go to a hedge from fully short today
