Where....do you get 150K-300K worth of stock? 150K would be .05? Do you have anything to back up that the shares were worth .05 at the time of this transaction? That is almost where it is trading right now. I do not believe your numbers are correct and you are attempting something that is false. Oh....IMO!!!
