Do words speak louder than actions? Or Actions speak louder than words?
One of the things to watch (that many underestimate) is the behavior of the execs of pink companies. Patterns start to emerge where you can get a sense of the rationale and motivation behind CEO's actions and behaviors...behind the words that they say.
I'm less keen on the PR's (what they say) from pinky ceos and more watchful of 'how' they communicate and 'how' they act. Transparency and follow-through are two of several behavioral indicators I watch for.
ZENG leaders behavior show something very different from other pinky ceo's, so far. In this case, ZENG's actions are speaking louder than their words.
