I don't doubt that this can and perhaps will gap today or another day. I still believe in Zenergy but the more I think about it the more I'm really unhappy with what has made suspicious of manipulation. I'm not accusing. I'm making an observation.
Get the word out, great... but don't do it with THREE MILLION shares. Payment in the way of THREE MILLION shares? I don't agree with that at all! I may have been okay with 1M or less.
I suppose there is some solidarity in the sense that they actually own the company that they are promoting so they have a vested interest. Although, the flip side is that it, IMO, tarnishes (if not altogether depletes) the value of their DD because of the obvious conflict of interest. All they have said is that their DD shows... blah fluff blah blah fluff. Nothing tangible because as we all know the tangible stuff has to come straight from the company in a PR or it's insider go-to-jail time.
I'm a shareholder. Not happy with this. I'm not entirely irate but I just think 3M was too much to pay for this service and it concerns me. I think they should give me 1M! lol
One more thought... look at this as if you'd never heard of this; Stand on the outside and look in. 1) Company gets flashy exec staff 2) Company PR big potential and gets attention and wildly fluctating PPS based on perception and relatively low float 3) Company pays out 3M shares to promoter 4) Promoters cheerleads and PPS goes up 5) Promoter says nay and the PPS goes down 6) You, the savvy outsider says, "Hey, volume of 30M and soaring PPS the day they promote. Hmmm, promoter had 3M shares... I wonder how many of those 3M went into the float on that 30M trading day that the PPS went up. OH... and I wonder how many shares they picked back up after they cast doubt on the stock they were hired to promote!?!? 7) Then you start thinking... Should I be concerned that ZENG has given out $150K++ worth of the company that I've invested in to what looks like, appears to be, makes me suspicious of, (etc...) blatant manipulative trading activity?
That must be a fine line to walk between fair business practices, conflicts of interest and POWER. Have a following capable to drastically move the PPS of a volatile micro-cap while you control millions of shares and the PPS by uttering a yay or nay here and there? Wow... just wow...
IMO
