So allnumbers...what you are saying is that there are already commercialized versions of the IVT and "Steer-Drive?" Have either of these been sold/licensed? Will they be showing up in products anytime soon? If this is true what do we have left that anyone will want to buy at a price Jim is willing to sell?

Of course the longer you wait the more the competition will catch up with you. Jim has already proven himself incapable of making a deal.
