Although very over-sold I don’t see a lot of momentum built in just yet. Any meaningful news would cause a move up IMO, which would be limited to resistance at $50 where I think a reversal would be likely.

Im still keying in on low PE techs that are over-sold and moving off of bottoms. Only buying on strong NASDAQ sell-off days and at support levels when possible. I don’t like the energy situation across the country. I remember the oil embargo in the early 1970’s, which lead to a dark economic time period.

Mainly taking the safe bets only.
