rising rates fund has come back down and is teasing me for a third play. since the last one worked so well and first one worked after giving me fits, i am more willing to play it. first ill have to get some help from the market gods to get a decent red day so i can extricate myself from the ndx shorts though.

2005...the year of the shorts and small dogs.
