Was it NECCESARY to mention the AS in those 8ks? If it WAS NOT neccesary,

I think I smell a pig trap.

Perhaps the company never intended to dillut for an acquistion in the first place...They announced the AS was going up, the pigs shorted more, then the company bought DICON with cash, then announced a all-around share reduction..
