No BS got a Q for ya... a while back actually early part of the year my friend wanted to move his positions (among them was a small penny stk called spng lil over 1mil shares) from one of the big brokerage houses to TD. Apparently, TD compliance dept rejected that and those 1mil shares could not be transferred and went back to the other brokerage house. The only reasoning TD gave was now things have become strict and we cannot accept these shares but you are welcome to buy more on TD which my friend did no problem. I am still baffled to say the least wondering if you have a comment.
