Sometimes life sends us some unexpected delays. I don't think that company meant to mislead investors, but, rather dealing with different government agencies there can always be unexpected delays. I have reason to believe there is a legit reason or MGLG would never stated numbers would be coming.
I suppose nothing in your life has ever come up that delayed your timetable.
