Thanks for the added info. I was curious how much impact ritonavir had in increasing efficacy and reducing dosing frequency and amount in HIV.

If anyone would like to update the ReadMeFirst would appreciate the effort! I can help out occasionally with some relevant posts/summaries but time constraints make it hard to count on me for any sort of regular or timely updates (I no longer have the word document with the ReadMeFirst so anyone wanting to update it would need to take the content from the old ReadMeFirst)! DD if you feel its to out-of-date please feel free to remove it.
