Weren't there previous court proceedings that required all sets of 5 or so criteria to be met and something like 4 of the criteria were met? What were the significance of what has aleady been found in SOLM's favor? Isn't that worth anything?

Sorry, havn't been following this as close as I'd like to.. Just landed in Korea and getting my bearings here.
