Interactive Trader had an inventory of....

35,000 TOVC shares available to borrow for shorting purposes a few days ago and that number available is now zero,suggesting that a short player sold those shares into the buying activity to keep the TOVC price form sneaking up over the last few days....crafty

On another note, I perceive a vast decline in the educational standards at Georgetown University.......
