Great, I'm glad we have someone on the left here to defend Saddam, that way we can get a well-rounded argument..

Just a little tip on debating, you'd probably be better off in this case not trying to argue whether Saddam was "terrorizing the U.S." but instead arguing about whether his actions were worthy of an invasion of Iraq. Because you're not going to win over much support by trying to defend Saddam or paint him as less of a madman than he already is.
