Zeev, and anyone else ... re FASB

Assuming that the US Senate does not prevent the FASB from implementing the expensing of stock options ...

1. Do you think the FASB will announce their decision to implement almost immediately, or wait until after the election?

2. Do you think that it will become effective 01/01/05?
