right - I knew it was one of those letters

I think D is for disaster - that will be costing us more than the current health care reform yet I didn't hear all this gnashing of teeth on how we would pay for it - because we didn't plan to pay for it in any budget other than it showing up as an expense.


Ok it's now time to start to panic
