lets think: the company is adament that their o/s is 722mm and that they are planning on announcing a reduction to 500mm...
thats, ummm... a subtraction problem... and... that would mean they are REDUCING the overall availble share count...
but there is still that pesky oversupply... hmmmm..., so its not coming from the company as legit supply....
ahhh.... yes!... this oversupply seems to represent the shares sold naked into the float!! thats would be an example of naked short selling, wouldn't it??
