While I may be wrong but I think its just more information pointing to that PTRZ is not be what has been represented from the company. Whether that is on purpose or not I don't know.

The statement the provided to you is not accurate. It is not how the system works. It may be their excuse but anyone with experience knows that can't be the case.

I just got off the phone a little while ago with a SEC experienced attorney who is looking into this for me and will be providing me with an opinion.

So yes we'll just have to wait and see as I don't suspect this will be resolved in any timely manner.
