Just got off the phone w/Charlie Hansen and all he could tell me is that they are working on a lot of forefronts and when something happens they will send out a PR. I asked about sending out a business update, even in regards to their Buffalo Biodiesel and he said that unless there is something really worthy of sharing there would be no reason to release a statement as the SEC is getting very particular on what is being published in a PR now. So for what it is worth that is what I found out. To me it sounded like it will be awhile, but he didn't want to tip his hat toward anything as that would be insider information. Oh! he did say he was working on updating the recent financials so he could get them out. I am hanging in there for future developments.
