ZEEV, I am thinking of joining on APSG but look at this:

Applied Signal (APSG) 35.95 -1.62: Advest Inc downgrades Buy to NEUTRAL. Cites valuation, as stock is near their prior $39 target, and potential for confusion regarding co's 10-Q.
