I first saw it Sunday night. It has been up for few days , you can find the owner of URL pretty easy for matter of couple dollars. Plus the company names listed , the transfer agent , the attorney listed , they have not come out and said it is false, have they? If I was owner of this transfer agency or attorney listed I would be putting out PR saying it is fake , SPNG would/should do same , and or at very least have the ISP carrying the url shut it down w injunction , look at todays PR , IMO it could have been worth millions to shareholders if these things were not in market place , were is SPNG on the subject , issuing PR and not answering the tough questions>? again what is transfer agents postion , lawyers postion , y is it still online? I have feeling it is NOT 100% legit myself , but , however , SPNG is one major red flag otc penny stock so who knows.... IMO

I strongly believe IMO , SPNG is one trade away from full blown SEC investigation , for other matters, but not these letters on the web. IMO
