splash, you must be ignorant of investing as there can be no excuse for late reporting. I too hold 1.5 million shares and have done so for years as well. I did trade when stock was around $.10 and have purchased at very low levels but regardless I am not being negative only realistic. I hold shares in numerous OB stocks as well as a couple PK stocks and only one other has come close to this. You can ignore the obvious but reporting his his duties as well as look after the well being of the company which includes share holders. Do you not agree?
