The gentleman from Hong Kong is probably an e-Waver who contends we are still in a sideways Wave 4 (a-b-c-x-a-b-c) with a Wave 5 later to follow.

We are NOW finishing up the last "b" up with a "c" to follow. Like Ivan it's takin' its time.
