Of the 532,232,194 Outstanding Shares 310,191,835 are Outstanding Non-Restricted and in the public float the remaining 222,040,359 Outstanding Are Restricted. The Authorized shares are being reduced to 700 million. I believe they have used those O/S for acquisitions already and therefore reduced the A/S because they just don't need them. We will find out soon enough. ZENG has been on the boards for two (2) days. Give ZENG a little time before investors are hit with the full story and then the shock and awe will set it LOL.
