The dysfunctional people in our Trading institutions need to re-write the Safe-Harbor wording. The word "will" is commonly used as a binding term. I think the folks at Zenergy see that too. I'm willing to bet this will be another easy fail point for Mr. Wizard and SI. They have been wrong about Zenergy and they will be wrong again.
