9.99 at Etrade. Singapore is great as it is more capitalastic than the US. No capital gains tax and almost 0 property tax as an Expat. Is much more stable and has values that the US had 60 years ago. Can go to the doctor without insurance at about the same cost as US with insurance. Clean and green and very low crime rate. Sell drugs and hang. A good place to live. Spent 17 years here in my work life and have ties.
