Answer to 160M shares...

There are three things that a company can do to raise the pps.

The first - by reducing the number of shares through a buy back.
The second - by r/s (perish the thought.)
The third - increasing revenue.

Only the second and third are options for Calypte. (Not enough money for the first option.)

I think at this point in time the company is focusing only on the third option.
