Today I am going to sit it out I did like PDMI but passed and I will wait.
It has to look right to me.

Dear Shareholders It has been 45 days since our LOI.
After doing Due Diligence on the Company of the LOI. I am informing
you of our withdraw at this time. It has been determined that CEO
is a bigger lair then we are and we can't have that.
