SLM, if NanoFan pays for the product, they can then do whatever they like with it, possibly. Assuming they are licensed for that sort of middle east business themselves... which I assume they are.
This isn't our concern, I'd say. Then again, shareholders have caught some pretty bad mistakes in the past IMO. So maybe your concern is warranted. I am pretty sure INI would have already discussed this with their legal representation re: overseas business.
