good points , i have made loads of cash on SPNG , flippin it , SPNG has been good to me , but this stock is , IMO , one trade away from an SEC halt and full blown SEC investigation.... Dont be last one left holding this bag for sure..... if u read the past SEC filings from the early days of SPNG , and see they could NOT provide the needed disclosures to fully register shares thru prospectus, you would realize those same disclosures are missing still today and SPNG is not going any further until they clean up all of the (uploads) they left hanging with SEC all those years ago , and they have created a long list of new ones , dont get me wrong , SPNG can and will trade higher , and lower , it can be used to make big monies , but it is at its core just an otc penny stock marketing company....
