There CLEARLY WERE "COSTS" that were NOT CHARGED BACK TO THE COMPANY..... Please read what it says , one word at a time:

portion of our cost of goods sold, including costs related to warehousing, packaging, and shipping of products, were borne by (and not charged back to the Company) a privately-held company controlled by our Chief Operating Officer.

You CAN find almost this exact verbiage in recent SPNG filings as well....

SPNG will NEVER uplist with disclosure like this in the filings...
