So they've now missed the PMA submission prediction

by 7 months. Yet right up until the vote to increase Authorized shares, IMDS was still on schedule! LOL Then 2 days later the prediction was ammended to 1st quarter. Then subsequently ammended to June. Now it's by year end 2009.

One wonders how a year end 2008 prediction could still be alive on Dec 27, yet here we are in Aug 2009 and they appear to be no closer.

they need 1200 patient cases. It's been over 1200 DAYS since the April 2005 start date. They can't get 1 patient per day among 10 sites collecting data? That doesn't even begin to pass the laugh test.
